Thought to be worn in order to protect the wearer from snake bites, though also given as part of a Dowry as a form of currency and to symbolize fertility in the new marriage. This piece is a unique collectible, with great craftsmanship having gone into its creation! As this item is antique, it may show signs of use, age, and/or oxidation.
