Most sizes run small and choosing a larger size than usual is recommended. Large horse model is usually a cob size and is wearing cob size on the largest holes so would better fit full. Full size fits true to size.
Mini size fits true to size. Model mini is 35.5"/8.3hh and is wearing mini size with the largest noseband setting and middle headpiece setting, so there is room to fit on a slightly larger or smaller mini.
