Solid brass and intricately-wrought, these Israeli Dayagi bookends are both functional and beautiful. They feature a haunting sword-wielding figure in a beautiful multi-colored enameled frame. In good overall condition, they show some patina that is natural to the aging process of the brass and does not detract. They have a nice heft too them and an overall modern vibe, despite their ancient tradition.
